We are a small, boutique salon, aiming at providing the best quality services without the frills at reasonable prices. Currently we are fully booked with regular or standing appointments. Our preferred clientele always receives priority booking. If you are a new client who might be interested in a regular service/s please send us an email with the details of the service you are looking for to info[at]polished.ca and we will contact you once there is availability.
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE-ARRIVALS
The time that you schedule at Polished is reserved for you alone. We’re very prompt, and never over-book or double-book clients. To keep on schedule, your appointment will begin and end on time. We’re rarely able to accommodate clients who arrive in excess of fifteen minutes late, or add additional services to a scheduled appointment.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are the biggest cause of lost revenue for any salon. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.
To cancel or to move an appointment that you have booked online simply follow the link provided to you in the email confirmation. If you are cancelling or moving your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment please call us directly at 647-878-5156. No emails/text cancellations, please.

Our goal is to ensure that your visit is enjoyable and stress free. We consider our professional services, well – professional. Therefore, we’ve put an end to the awkward dilemma “Whom should I tip, and how much?” Don’t worry, our services are priced fairly to properly cover wages.
